Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email (and an SMS if you've provided your mobile number) with all the tracking information. You can easily track the progress of your parcel.

I entered the wrong item or shipping address or I want to cancel my order.
We totally get it. If you realise you've made a mistake, let us know as soon as possible. If we haven't processed or packed your order yet, we may be able to make the necessary changes. However, once you've clicked "confirm & pay," it becomes challenging to guarantee any modifications. In such cases, it may be necessary to go through the exchange process, which may incur additional costs.

Incorrect or faulty item received.
Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please send us an email with your order number, the name of the product you were supposed to receive, and the item you actually received. Attach a photo of the incorrect item to confirm the issue. In the case of a faulty item, include pictures of the fault or damage, along with further details. Please note that returns must be notified within 30 days of receiving the items.

Lost package.
Once your order leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier, they assume responsibility for delivery. If your package shows no movement, please contact us or the courier service and provide them with your tracking information for an update. If your package is declared lost, we will re-ship your original order (subject to stock availability). We understand the frustration, and we'll work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
